been a favorite among local players. The
semi-private golf course is actually in

greens. Features include generous landing
areas, large greens, landscaped bunkers

to social. Club membership, while an attractive
feature, is not required as part of buying
a home and moving into our community. |
| If
you live outside of Florida and are looking
for a vacation home, a retirement home,
or to relocate, think about Central Florida
real estate. It's more affordable than
the pricey beach communities, but it's
still only an hour's drive to the coast.
The most important aspect of a community
like Tuscawilla is that the homes for
sale feature stunning architecture, beautiful
landscaping and all modern appliances,
and yet cost less than similar homes in
a more crowded, upscale beach community.
