Community Description: Active Adult Community
An active adult community for those
55 or better. Discover a retirement
lifestyle that will bring out the
artist...the athlete...the romantic...in
short, the very best in you. Ceramics
class, followed by lunch in the
Mediterranean style Village Center.
An afternoon on our spectacular championship
course,
poolside or in the exercise studio,
or maybe just relaxing with a good
book on your private lanai. In the
evening a cozy dinner in, or a lovely
meal at one of Solivita's restaurants.
Then, if you like, you can find
a bridge game, catch a movie, take
up the tango, or do nothing at all. Choose from 12 single-family
plans. And leave your lawnmower
behind, because at Solivita full
lawn care and landscape maintenance
is included in your monthly fees.

and Huckleberry Island conservation areas. In addition,
The Nature Conservancy manages 10,000+ acres in the
neighboring Walt Disney Wilderness Preserve. Vance
Harmon Park, the largest of Poinciana's parks, is
located on Cypress Parkway and features soccer fields;
a football field; a softball/Little League baseball
diamond, lighted tennis, basketball and racquetball
courts, a children´s playground, fitness trail, and
an all-weather pavilion with barbecue grills and picnic
tables. Charlie Wheeler Park is located near Deerwood
Elementary School and features a playground and playing
fields for softball and Little League and Senior League
baseball.
