We began with an idea to create a naturally
beautiful, truly unique RV resort - a quiet
community of towering pines, swaying palms,
picturesque lakes and a gorgeous golf course.
We planned carefully to offer serenity and privacy,
yet also feature a fine restaurant, full service
banking, convenient shopping and superb sporting
facilities on site. Our first priority
is, and always will be, to preserve the natural
surroundings of this remarkable resort. That's
why each site is carefully planned to leave
as much of the natural vegetation as possible.
It was also our intent for the majority of our
sites to back up to our golf course, a lake
or nature so that you would have neighbors side
to side, but no one behind you. We enhanced
nature with man-made pleasures so you could
experience the scenic beauty of our par-71 PGA
golf course winding through pristine woodland….
or try your luck with rod and reel against the
largemouth bass carefully stocked in our 22
lakes and ponds.

Models
Available:
Chalet:
up to 850 square feet of living space, with
a spacious master bedroom/bath, great room,
and kitchen. Some models include a den, utility
room and/or workshop. In addition, there is
covered RV parking with full hookups, and an
enclosed car garage. The Chalets were designed
as an upgrade to our RV Ports – allowing the
luxury of covered/enclosed RV parking, with
the added bonus of a bedroom and fill the niche
between an RV Port lifestyle and that of the
resort home design.
Villas:
true resort living. Offering 1-2 bedrooms, these
site-built villas offer a view of the golf course,
lake, or natural woodlands and are desirable
for owners of smaller RVs, or for those who
want to live in a resort and take advantage
of golf and other activities.
Park
Homes: another lifestyle available, many
have site-built additions which provide additional
living space, large porches, or extended RV
parking. Most park homes come completely furnished.
Similar in style to a “mobile” or “modular”
type home, park homes are an affordable answer
to resort living.
Resort
Homes: Site-built custom homes include an attached
RV port with full hookups, and many also include
covered or enclosed car and golf cart parking.
A wide variety of floor plans offer 2 or more
bedrooms, many with cathedral ceilings and lofts.
These homes offer you the lifestyle of resort
home living with the added bonus of having your
RV parked under cover right outside your door.
