The MLB's Rays, the NHL's Tampa Bay Lightning, the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the NBA's Orlando Magic are some of the local professional sports teams a short dirve away. And the area hosts several MLB spring training teams. Locally Clermont is home to the Mavericks, a Florida Collegiate League team.

Lake Louisa State Park Set on the shores of Lake Louisa, Lake Louisa State Park offers a variety of activities to get you in touch with nature. The 4,000 acre state park offers fishing in four different lakes as well as over 15 miles of designated trails for horseback riding.
